We're hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Leasing Agents / Brand Ambassadors to help us bring the buzz to one of Sacramento's premier student living communities-just minutes from Sacramento State. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Be the face of our community on and around campus Promote our property at school events, orientations, and student hangouts Generate leads and bring students in for tours Give high-energy, engaging property tours Close leases and help students find their next home Assist with leasing office activities, events, and social media energy Build relationships and represent the brand with confidence and personality WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Outgoing, high-energy, and confident personalities Natural salespeople who love talking to people Comfortable approaching students and starting conversations Reliable, motivated, and goal-driven Strong communication skills (in-person & digital) Social, positive, and professional Sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or campus involvement experience is a plus (but not required!)
