If you thrive in fast-paced environments love solving complex challenges and want to make a tangible impact on how products are built and delivered this is the place for you.What Youll DoAs an NPI Buyer youll play a critical role in supporting new product development by managing procurement activities across internal manufacturing and external contract partners. Youll collaborate closely with engineering project management and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient sourcing supplier engagement and material flow.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with engineering and project teams to identify and source Bill of Materials (BOM) requirementsPartner with design team to minimize supplier riskManage a variety of projects at varying levels of engagementEstablishing and managing global supply chains for new product introductionsPlacing purchase orders and managing supplier relationships to meet project timelinesSupporting supplier onboarding and ensuring compliance with Flukes supply chain policiesDriving continuous improvement in procurement processes and systemsManaging project BOMs and engineering changes to minimize obsolete inventoryObtaining quotes evaluating bids and awarding contracts to qualified suppliersActing as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding delivery status and issue resolutionWhat You BringMust-Have Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Finance Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering Logistics or a related field3 years of experience in procurement inventory management or supply chain operationsStrong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and manufacturing bills of material and supply chain principlesExperience with supplier negotiation and relationship managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data for decision-makingEffective communication and presentation skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environmentDesire to learn adapt improve and redirect with new informationNice-to-Have Qualifications:Certifications such as CPIM APICS or ISMWhat Youll GetCompetitive compensation and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health dental and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and holidaysProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive inclusive workplace cultureOpportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and impactful projectsEmployee assistance programs and wellness resource Key Skills Account Management,Execution,Insurance Management,Import & Export,Catering Operations,Building Electrician Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
