Responsibilities
- Manage roadmaps and drive enhancements for NPI tools and products.
- NPI Event management: cadence setups, comms planning, stakeholder engagement.
- Post-NPI activities: debriefing and operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years minimum of professional experience as a program manager, or team lead in global organizations.
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science, or Technology
- Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization
- Proven Expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems
- Proven Experience with SAP ECC 6/S4 Hana
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience working in a support organization
- Experience in Order to Cash flow
- Proven Experience in working in both cross functional and global contexts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Executive Presence - proven ability to effectively and succinctly present complex topics, initiatives, post-mortem, proposals to a diverse leadership audience
- Strong problem-solving techniques for issue resolution
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our business partners on the status of systems issues and resolution strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills required to serve diverse customer base and deal effectively with escalating issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing SLA's for Systems/Application performance.
- Proven Experience with Business Intelligence, AI/ML technologies.
- Customer Focused: Passionate about the customer experience.
- Understanding of the B2B operations fulfillment process.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
