Job DetailsDivision: Nucor Steel Birmingham Inc.Location: Birmingham AL United StatesOther Available Locations: N/AThis job posting will expire on December 14 2025 at 11:59pmBasic Job Functions: The role of Ladleman includes but is not limited to the safe installation inspection and maintenance of ladle refractory such as stir plugs plates and nozzles. Additional responsibilities will include inspection of ladle brick and blocks maintenance of the slide gate and stir plug hardware and ladle tracking. Furthermore the candidate will train and assist with other areas of the shop as deemed necessary by the area Lead or Supervisor.
