AdvancedPractitioner Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Masters program Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut Certification or eligible to be certified as a Physician Assistant orAcute Care Board Certification APRN Preferably one year of experience of Inpatient or ICU medicine however new graduates may be considered with pertinent previous clinical (non-provider level) experience Strong clinicalacumen and communication skills with other providers ancillary staff patients and families. The ability to adapt quickly embrace a culture of change and evolution to help develop best practices in this evolving position.
