Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesNephrology Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in the Tacoma Metro Area Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established Nephrology group. This full-time position provides patient care at greater Tacoma area dialysis units, including Davita, Fresenius, and Northwest Kidney Center. Key responsibilities include:Clinical management of patientsPatient educationFollow-up careInterpretation of diagnosticsMedication managementResponding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues.All patient care locations utilize a full electronic health record system (EPIC and dialysis unit EMRs). We invite you to bring your skills and compassion to this role, contributing to a healthier future for all in our community. Compensation range of $128,750 - $164,300 #HECJob Requirements Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programCurrent Washington State ARNP licenseCandidates must have 1+ year of post training experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
