We are part of a nationally recognized healing hospital and our commitment to our patients is to restore and heal the body mind and spirit.Responsibilities:Develops the plan of care including the discharge process Coordinates all aspects of patient preparation before the day of surgeryProvides thorough pre-operative pain management education for patient/family educationProvides appropriate patient/family education based on learning needs Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days.
