Cheerfully meet and greet parents/guardians, and children, when they come into the Nursery Room. Check to see that parents/guardians fill in the Sign-In sheet. Ensure the children have a fun experience during their stay in the Nursery.RESPONSIBILITIESAttendance is an essential job functionEnsure children are safe; avoid physical contact between children.Maintain total control of the room at all times, absolutely no food is allowed in the areaKeep the room clean and neat (before and after children arrive/leave)Use disinfectant wipes to clean toys. Discard broken toys; request replacements as neededRequest drawing supplies as neededAssist in other areas of the club when there are no children in your careAbide by SPORTIME policies and proceduresMaintain a safe, clean and secure work environmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESMinimum 2 years’ experience babysittingCurrent CPR/AED certificationMinimum 2 years’ experience working with toddlers and young children.Be enthusiastic.
