🚨 We're Hiring: Nursing Manager – Home Infusion 🚨

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a Nursing Manager to help lead and support a growing specialty home infusion program focused on delivering exceptional patient care in both home and ambulatory infusion settings.


What You'll Do

✅ Oversee and support daily clinical operations for home infusion services

✅ Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to infusion nursing staff

✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards

✅ Assist with onboarding, training, and competency development for nurses

✅ Monitor documentation, quality metrics, and patient outcomes

✅ Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation activities

✅ Deliver direct patient care in home and infusion suite settings as needed

✅ Collaborate closely with pharmacists, physicians, patients, and caregivers

✅ Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight

✅ Serve as a key member of the clinical leadership team


What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in Kansas and Missouri (Compact License preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience

• Home infusion, specialty pharmacy, ICU, or Emergency Department experience is highly preferred

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong understanding of infusion therapy, vascular access management, and specialty medications

• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards related to infusion services

• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Position Details

📍 Travel to patient homes and clinical locations required

🕒 Full-time position

📞 Occasional evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities may be required
