NurseAmerica is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to manage the Labor & Delivery unit in Las Vegas NV. In this role youll be responsible for ensuring that mothers newborns and families receive safe high-quality care. Youll guide and support nursing staff coordinate daily operations and work closely with physicians and hospital leadership to achieve clinical and operational goals. Oversee the daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit Ensure patient care meets the highest standards of safety and quality Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff Manage staffing scheduling and resources to support patient needs Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Foster a positive team-oriented environment for staff and families Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN required) Current RN license in Nevada At least 2 years of clinical experience (Labor & Delivery required) 2 years of progressive management experience Current certifications: ACLS NRP and BCLS Strong leadership communication and organizational skills Apply now and lead with purpose!
