Position Title: PACU Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Falmouth MA 02540 Job Type: Contract Shift: Day 58-hour shifts Local Pay Range: $60$65/hrPosition SummaryThe PACU RN provides safe and effective post-anesthesia and post-operative care. Responsibilities include patient monitoring medication management accurate documentation and coordinating care with the healthcare team. Strong critical-care skills and a focus on patient safety are essential.ResponsibilitiesProvide post-anesthesia and post-op patient care.Monitor vital signs and patient responses.Perform timely and accurate clinical documentation.Develop and update individualized plans of care.Communicate effectively with the care team.Assist as Charge Nurse when needed.Follow all safety and infection control protocols.Support orientation and education of nursing staff.Participate in required meetings and training.Required QualificationsGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Active Massachusetts RN license.Current BLS ACLS and PALS certifications.Competency in IV starts hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator care.One year of recent experience in ICU CVICU ER CVPA or SDC/PACU (within last 5 years).Ability to participate in on-call rotations.Strong communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBSNRecent PACU or Same Day Care experience (within last 5 years)For more details contact at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
