Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units.

Position Description:
The Nursing Supervisor is a Registered Nurse RN who provides direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision for all nursing care on their shift. The nursing supervisor is the on site administrator during the “off hours” (weekends, holidays and night shifts) providing direction and supervision in all areas of the hospital. The nursing supervisor coordinates admissions, discharges, response to emergency codes and overall quality of care for patients.

Hours and Location:
7pm to 7:30am for night shift. Every Other Weekend.
We are located on the south side of Grand Rapids, near the intersection of M-6 and Byron Center Ave SW: 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315
Job Requirements:
Education: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility strongly preferred. Previous House Supervisor experience strongly preferred.
License: Registered Nurse RN license issued by the State of Michigan required.
