Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryChildren's Day School is seeking a passionate and dedicated toddler teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development. This role is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing engaging classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of toddlers.DutiesDevelop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the ELDS/CT DOTS.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Observe and document each child's progress, growth and milestones.Communicate with parents, providing updates of their child's activities, development and needs.Supervise and monitor students at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.Collaborate with other teachers and the administrative team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Facilitate play based and hands on learning experiences to encourage curiosity, exploration and problem solving skills.
