Pour coffee, tea, juice and other beverages. Assist staff with food preparation and area set up as needed. Food preparation includes making snacks, salads, and other cold items as needed. Properly stores utensils and supplies for patient and cafeteria areas. Clean areas of kitchen, equipment and floor of kitchen as assigned. Put away stock items and properly rotate, label and date items as required. Complete other tasks as assigned by lead or supervisor. DEPT. SCOPE OF SERVICE:Nutrition Services provides nutritionally adequate and satisfying meals for both patients and customers.A safe and sanitary food service environment will be utilized according to standards of quality established by federal, state, and local agencies. Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High school or GED preferred. Experience: None required.Licensure/Certification:None required. The listed range represents the pay scale reasonably expected for a successful candidate based on factors such as relevant experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
