BROAD-BASED CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS COUNSEL ATTORNEY Location: New York, NY Our client, an international Amlaw 50 law firm, is seeking a Counsel-level attorney with significant experience in broad-based corporate transactional matters to join its New York office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-value transactions, including private equity M&A and financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and investment fund restructurings.
