Job Description
Our client is looking for a IT Support Specialist Location: Harrisburg PAType: Contract Onsite Required Skills: Ability to be clearly understood and has excellent phoneetiquette. Ability to support end-users with varying IT skillsets. Ability to follow directions especially when usingestablished operation and knowledgebase documentation andstandard operating procedures. Ability to troubleshoot end-user issues and/or escalate asneeded to ensure quick resolution. Experience with incident management call tracking andticketing software. Preferred 2 years previous systems administrator helpdesk and/or call center experience. Actively monitors the Service Now ticket queue.
