Proctoring Requirements: Proctoring is required for all appointees having interval or new privileges in accordance with the specific proctoring requirements of the relevant departments (Refer to the Proctor Program Guidelines). Additional proctoring may be required for specific privileges.1)OB Proctoring shall include concurrent observation of: a) the first two (2) non-emergency deliveries by different observers if possible; b) if Provisional member is granted privileges for C-Section one of the two (2) deliveries observed must be a C-Section.2) GYN Proctoring shall include concurrent observation of first three (3) cases; one (1) hysteroscopy; one (1) operative laparoscopy and one (1) open laparotomy3) Retrospective review of three (3) months is required as a minimum.
