Many of the positions weoffer require a Security Clearance (level depends on the position)or the ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance as acondition of employment.*Responsibilities:*This is a part timeor full-time position working 32 to 40 hours a week during variousshifts in HURON, SD.Security guards will beresponsible for operating all security equipment, active barriers,intrusion detection systems, physical access control systems andclosed-circuit television (CCTV), as applicable.In addition, enforce all facility access control policies andprocess visitors as directed by verifying visitor’s identification,contacting agency sponsors or escorts, issuing visitor passes,entering and maintaining data on visitor logs or automated visitordata base programs, and ensuring visitors are presented forappropriate personal and package screening.*Requirements:*1. Must meet at leastone of the following requirements:* Twoyears of security experience* Three years of U.S. ArmedForces, National Guard or Reserve service, active, retired, orhonorably discharged.* Graduated from a policeofficer’s basic training academy2. Must beable to pass a firearms qualification (9mm or .40 cal, M-4 typecarbine, 12-gauge shotgun)3..
