The Permanente Medical Group, Northern CA, (TPMG) is one of the largest medical groups in the nation with over 10,000 physicians, 21 medical centers, numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California and an 80-year tradition of providing quality medical care.TPMG is seeking a full-time BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join our team in Vacaville, CA. We are recruiting for an Ob/Gyn Physician interested in practicing full obstetric and gynecologic care in the outpatient setting, including outpatient operative procedures such as operative hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, and leep, as well as labor and delivery care at both the Vacaville and Vallejo sites. When on shift, you are in-house and covering only one hospital with a midwife or Family Medicine physician. While in-house, you manage high-risk obstetric patients collaboratively with your midwife or Family Medicine physician and any GYN inpatients and ER care.Napa Solano boasts a Family Medicine residency program, and residents rotate through Labor & Delivery and outpatient care. We also host midwifery students at our Vacaville labor and delivery site.Vacaville, CAVacaville and surrounding Solano County offer excellent weather and affordable housing on larger lots than traditionally seen in the Bay Area.
