OB/GYN Opportunity ' Private Practice in Miami, Florida
Join a well-established, modern private practice in Miami offering a balanced mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology with four board-certified, supportive colleagues, and a high-quality work environment. Position Highlights
- 50/50 OB-GYN practice
- Approx. 750 collective deliveries annually
- Busy surgical schedule; no robotics required for OB
- Workweek: 4.5 days (office closes early on Fridays)
- Patient volume: 20'22 per day
- Call: 1'4 days per month + some weekends, taken from home; practice patients only and no ER coverage
Practice Setting
- Modern, fully equipped 4,000 sq. ft. office attached to the hospital
- In-office technology: LEEP, Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Ultrasound
- Collaborative, stable team with a strong reputation in the community
Hospital Affiliation
- Deliveries at a major Miami medical center with:
- Level III care
- 12 LDR units & 2 ORs
- In-house OB anesthesia 24/7
- Full neonatology & MFM support
Patient Population
- Diverse, multicultural patient base
- Strong Hispanic and Jewish community
- Spanish fluency helpful but not required
- Emphasis on thorough communication and patient education
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $325,000'$350,000 + annual increases
- Bonus: $20,000 yearly performance bonus
- Partnership track after 3 years
