ObGyn Physician at Tandym Health

A health services network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing OB/GYN Department, focusing on serving in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, GYN Surgery, and the OB/GYN Emergency Department on a travel, fixed contract basis.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
• Schedule: Flexible
• Hours: 24/7 coverage from Monday to Monday

Responsibilities:

• Labor & Delivery management
• Postpartum patient care
• First assist in GYN surgical procedures
• OB/GYN Emergency Department consults
• Collaboration with attending physicians and care teams
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• NJS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• First Assist certification for APNs
• Experience with patient management in OB/GYN
• Skills in GYN surgical assistance
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of OB/GYN experience
• Advanced Clinical Degree
• Certifications in relevant OB/GYN procedures
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
