TeamHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced, or aspiring, OB/GYN hospitalist leader to serve as facility medical director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving clinical excellence and shaping the future of women?s health services at a state-of-the-art facility.

Your Role

• Oversee the OB/GYN hospitalist team and clinical operations
• Foster strong, trusted relationships across the practice and hospital teams
• Partner with leadership to align goals and strategies
• Labor and delivery management
• Coverage for unassigned OB patients
• OBED and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
• Serve at Arkansas' largest nonprofit hospital, home to a Level III NICU and the region's primary transfer center

Position Highlights:

• Highly competitive rate: $220 hourly
  
• Double coverage on all shifts
  
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $40,000 for qualified candidates

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
