JOB DESCRIPTION
ObGyn physician employment in Oregon : The Inline Group -
- Full Time
- Hours:4-day work-week: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Partnership
- New Graduates
- Call Schedule: Shared call, approximately 1:5 with goal of 1:6 as group expands
- Loan Repayment
- Sign-On Bonus
- Compensation: $350,000 - $375,000 base salary+ $100,000 sign-on bonus+ $100,000 retention bonus (year 2)+ Generous productivity incentives+ Partnership pathway (after year 2)
