ObGyn physician employment in South Dakota : The Inline Group -
- Full Time
- Hours:4 Day Work Week with 1 Half-Day Surgery Block per Week | 1:3 Call

- Call Schedule: 1:3
- Compensation: $ 433,000 income guarantee with a $150,000 retention incentive - not taxed until employment begins. If the physician completes the term, nothing is owed. Strong package for a lower-volume, community-based OB/GYN role with regional-hub stability and no state income tax to increase take-home value.

The practice serves a large northeastern South Dakota referral area and has access to 12 specialties, additional outreach services, monthly MFM outreach, and broader system access to REI/IVF and Gyn Oncology
