We are excited to announce the launch of a new and innovative Observation Medicine program and are seeking highly motivated board-certified/board-eligible physicians from all specialties who are familiar with observation medicine. Candidates should be comfortable managing short-stay patients, coordinating care plans, and collaborating closely with emergency medicine, hospitalist, and specialty teams to ensure efficient and appropriate patient disposition.  This dynamic, disposition-focused role offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and opportunities for multi-campus involvement as the program continues to expand.
