The hospital provides comprehensive women's health services to the community and maintains a supportive team environment with experienced staff.Opportunity:Physician - OB/GYNJob Details:• Provide obstetrical services including deliveries (averaging 25-40 per month) and C-sections• Cover emergency department for OB/GYN related issues• Work with an experienced support team including anesthesiologists, general surgeons, local OB/GYNs, family medicine OB, pediatricians, and skilled respiratory therapists• EMR system: Cerner• Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN or Board Eligible within 5 years• Must have current California medical license• DEA certification required during credentialing• Clean malpractice history preferred• Perform a variety of gynecological surgical procedures• 24-hour call shifts (8am-8am)• Urgent coverage needs for specific dates in December and ongoing into 2026• Credentialing timeframe: Minimum 10 days from completed application• Must have performed at least 100 gynecological surgical procedures in the past two years or completed a hospital-affiliated residency or fellowship• Proctoring requirements include observation of first deliveries and gynecological proceduresCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
