Hospital Facilities: Modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually Access to Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists Dedicated OB ED Compensation and Benefits Include: Guaranteed Salary: $395,000 + productivity incentives Sign-on Bonus up to $125,000 Signing incentives up to $125,000 Relocation assistance up to $20,000 Student loan repayment assistance Annual CME Allowance 401(k) with employer match Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Comprehensive benefits including health insurance for provider and family Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care in both office and hospital settings. Clinic: Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecological procedures. Hospital: Perform deliveries, surgeries and managing obstetric emergencies Collaborate closely with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) in a heavily co-managed care model. Engage in innovative practices to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. Mentor and support junior staff and residents. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
