Island Health is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join their collaborative well established practice team in Anacortes, Washington. Physicians will have the opportunity to practice top of license and take advantage of strong and supportive mentors. With the recent addition of a DaVinci V surgical robot, robotic experience is preferred along with good quality outcomes. Additionally, excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with referring physicians is preferred.Position Details:Full-time role with 4-day work week schedule1:4 call scheduleOperating hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Mix of inpatient and outpatient careJoin a team of 3 OB/GYNs and support staffIntegrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform, utilized throughout the organizationWork closely with cohesive, multi-specialty group providers with support staffCompensation & Benefits:Compensation is between $387,990 and $465,588 per yearUp to $30,000 sign on bonusRelocation assistance$5K CME funds per yearLoan Repayment Programs: eligible for PSLFCompetitive benefits packageQualifications & Requirements:Must be board-certified/board-eligible MD/DO in Washington state1+ years of experience preferredNew graduates are welcome to applyWhere You'll WorkIsland Health, a Level III trauma center and Level II stroke center, is a 43-bed facility in Anacortes, Washington with 170 board-certified physicians and providers.
