OR license or IMLC open to applyLooking for one full time provider.Please do not present providers who have less than full time availability. There is some flexibility within the M-F schedule. Shifts are 8am-5pm clinic only. There will be a one hour lunch from 12-1. Guaranteed hours are 8 hours and OT will not apply until after 8 hours. (Please note the lunch hour does not count).
