DescriptionWork Schedule:100% FTE Day shift Monday through Friday Variable hours generally 0800 - 1630 No weekends or holidays. RequiredLicenses & CertificationsCurrent license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. RequiredValid State drivers license and proof of liability insurance. RequiredCPR certification/bi-annual. RequiredAn applicant for employment as a physical occupational or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
