You will:Create individualized goal-focused treatment plansImplement inventive OT interventions that meet each residents needsProvide guidance and oversight to Occupational Therapy AssistantsCollaborate closely with a compassionate interdisciplinary teamMaintain productivity expectations and documentation accuracyBecome a trusted consistent clinical presence within a warm senior-living communityQualifications What You BringDegree from an accredited Occupational Therapy programActive Illinois OT license (or ability to obtain)Ability to support a part-time schedule including some flexibilityExperience in acute care long-term care or rehab is helpfulbut not requiredA heart for older adults and a desire to make a lasting impact Why SymbriaBecause at Symbria your work matters and your voice counts.
