Your expertise and compassion will change lives by creating personalized treatment plans that help patients regain independence improve function and enhance their overall well-being.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients needs Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team creating life-changing outcomes for patients Build strong relationships with patients their families and the community QualificationsWhat Were Looking For:Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Valid state license Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed Experience in acute care long-term care or rehabilitation is a bonus but not required!
