We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Team in the desirable location of Folsom. This is a great facility with an awesome Rehab Team ready to welcome you. The PT/Director is approachable on-site and wonderful to work with!This position is open to candidates seeking on-call weekend or part-time schedules of course full time and is available immediately! Join the dynamic Folsom team and make a positive difference every day!Primary Responsibilities: Plan develop and conduct occupational therapy programs Test and evaluate patients physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients.
