Job Description
All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a Home Health setting! We are looking for a clinician to deliver compassionate care to our pediatric patients contribute to the multidisciplinary team and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.ResponsibilitiesTreat pediatric patients by using therapeutic and self-care activities designed to improve function under the direction of the licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)Contribute to meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care plans for pediatric patients.Instruct patients their families and any other caregivers in skills and techniques of the pediatric patients treatment program under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.Demonstrate exercises that can help patients better perform everyday tasks and relieve pain.Verifies client information by interviewing client reviewing and recording medical history confirming purpose of treatment.Maintains pediatric patient occupational therapy records by recording clients progress for use by the occupational therapist.Maintains safe secure and healthy work environment by establishing following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulationsQualifications : Current NV Occupational Therapy Assistant license requiredDegree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programAt least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is requiredPediatric experience is preferred not requiredCurrent CPR certificationWillingness to participate in continued education coursesCurrent state drivers license and auto insuranceCompensation $50.00 - $62.00 per visitWhy Join Us Experience the difference of working with a close-knit team of dedicated therapists who value collaboration mentorship and shared professional growth.Competitive compensation that recognizes your expertiseFlexible scheduling that empowers you to maintain work-life balanceA referral bonus program to reward your networkA clear pathway for career advancement through leadership development and internal promotion opportunitiesJoin us and build a rewarding career in an environment that invests in your success.Additional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Location and Hours: This is a 1099 position with options to work PRN part time or full time.
