The Training Specialist will be a key contributor within the U.S. & Bermuda Training and Development team supporting technical underwriting and claims training initiatives across Programs & Solutions and Wholesale & Specialty. This role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities through innovative learning solutions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented creative proactive and passionate about employee development.ResponsibilitiesManage administrative functions for training programs across the U.S. & Bermuda regionUnder the general direction of leadership design develop and & deliver learning programs including e-learning-virtual and instructor-led formatsAssist in aligning training initiatives with department and company goalsDevelop and analyze post-training participant surveys to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvementsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on training mattersSolicit feedback from key departmental stakeholders and recommend actions for program improvementAudit and analyze performance of trainees/employees to measure success in the classroom and identify training opportunitiesProvide input/feedback to other Training Department staffCollaborate with Talent Development colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment in technical trainingServe as the teams digital learning specialist leveraging tools such as Synthesia and AI-driven platforms to enhance training deliveryBuild a cross-functional request portal to intake and triage training requestsMaintain knowledge of the training industry through professional development and industry journalsChampion a culture of continuous improvement in learning and development practicesSkills Knowledge and ExperienceThe successful candidate will have:Experience in talent development within a fast-paced business environmentStrong background in training program administration with some design and facilitation capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detailAnalytical skills to interpret data and present actionable insightsGood organizational and time management abilitiesHigh levels of integrity discretion and professionalismStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsA collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team-based workAbility to travel up to 25%US Work AuthorizationUS Work Authorization required.
