This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual capable of balancing high-level executive support with the logistical demands of maintaining a functional office environment. This position is located at Borchers HC in Westlake OH and reports to the Director Human Resources. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. but may occasionally require flexibility. This role is eligible for Millikens hybrid work policy which includes 3 days in the office and 2 work from home days. Key Responsibilities Executive Support (Approx 60%)Serve as the primary administrative support person for the Senior Vice President and Managing Director Polymer Solutions PresidentManage a complex calendar and schedule of company executive(s) ensuring they can focus on highest leverage workOversee all aspects of travel arrangements to include hotel flight and ground transportationDraft review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)Organize and prepare for meetings including gathering documents coordinating meeting logistics room reservations preparing agendas and cateringPrepare and submit expense reports on a timely basisWork closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organizationAnswer inquiries independently follow up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried outUnderstand how to prioritize meetings for executive(s) and manages daily schedule appropriatelyPrepare edit and format documents reports presentations (PowerPoint Excel) and internal/external communicationsPlan and coordinate team building events & assist with special projectsKey Responsibilities Facilities & Office Administration (Approx 40%)Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a safe clean and functional environmentMonitor and maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies placing orders efficiently and within budgetManaging incoming and outgoing mailProcess and approve POs and invoices related to general facility operationsHR support Assist HR with new employee onboarding/employee offboarding and other general HR related dutiesEnsure the facility complies with general safety standards and office policies are documented and followedQualifications Required5 years of experience supporting senior level leaders/executivesExceptional service orientation mindsetStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint) suiteAbility to make and build top notch presentationsAnalytical capability and comfortable with data and numbersImpeccable attention to detailStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent organizational skillsHigh level of integrity and confidentialityAbility to work under time pressure and keep composureTeam player with positive attitudeStrong desire and interest to learn the businessQualifications PreferredPrior experience working with a global/international teamSAP Experience#LI-AP1Milliken is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to actual or perceived race color creed religion sex or gender (including pregnancy childbirth or related medical condition including but not limited to lactation) sexual orientation gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status) ancestry national origin citizenship age physical or mental disability genetic information marital status veteran or military status or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.To request a reasonable accommodation to complete a job application pre-employment testing a job interview or to otherwise participate in the hiring process please contactRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Office Manager Experience,Microsoft Office,Data Entry,Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Word,QuickBooks,Office Experience,Microsoft Excel,Filing,Administrative Experience,Microsoft Outlook Calendar,Bookkeeping Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
