If you have limited experience in manual marching or have experience in CNC we would LOVE to have you on our team!Job Description:Operate various manual machine tools to machine parts from start to finish i.e. lathe mill press etc.Utilize micrometer calipers and other inspection toolsPerform first piece inspection subject to approval by the quality departmentInterface with Engineering and quality to ensure product quality and specificationsRecommend necessary tooling and consumable supplies for each production job as neededActively pursue operational improvements to enhance quality improve production and initiate cost-reduction opportunitiesMaintain a clean and organized workspaceAssist in the maintenance and repair of machines on a regular basisUtilize material handling equipment to transport material between work centers and areas within the production areaQualifications/Requirements:Must be able to read blueprints CAD drawings sketches written instructions and interpret dataExperience in a job shop environment with rapid changeovers and short cycle times a plusAbility to work independently and within a teamAbility to work and communicate with all levels of the organizationSelf-motivated and striving for perfection Key Skills Calipers,CNC Milling Machine,CNC Programming,Machining,Math,Tooling,CNC,Bore Gauges,CNC Lathe,Micrometer,Precision Measuring Instruments,Geometry Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
