For more information please visit .Our Appleton WI office is looking for an Office Administrator to serve as a client concierge professional. This role serves as the point of contact for all items related to office administration in an advisory office. This role supports day-to-day office administrative tasks in addition to reception duties. The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for clients vendors and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of the financial advisory office.This is an on-site position (Monday-Friday; regular business hours; 40 hours per week). Were big on open conversations so lets have one.Primary Job FunctionsOffice AdministrationGreet clients and visitors warmly and professionally ensuring a positive first impressionAnswer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteouslyManage the office calendar including client appointments and internal meetingsSupport advisors and staff with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and scanningManage incoming and outgoing USPS FedEx and UPS mail deliveriesMaintain and order office suppliesPrepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clientsRecord and process all incoming checksMaintain multifunction printers; coordinate repairs when necessaryGeneral office maintenance including but not limited to filing shredding and scanning paperworkService CoordinationPoint of contact with building management for facility repairs and building accessCoordinate with outside vendorsProject AssistanceUnder the direction of your manager assist with various office projects as requestedProvide support for marketing events by coordinating event space catering and set upHelp facilitate corporate program rollouts including but not limited to technology operations & compliance marketing finance and Human ResourcesSupport Advisor Services in coordination and execution of corporate and regional office activities and initiativesAssist with new hire computer setup as neededEducation/QualificationsHS Diploma/2-year degree (or equivalent experience)Previous receptionist/office experience preferredFriendly outgoing and positive attitudeProfessional appearance voice and interaction with clientsAbility to prioritize workflow and projects; work in a deadline environment and be flexibleWell-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organizationDetail oriented highly organized and adaptableProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareKnowledge of business office proceduresOrganized and able to prioritize workFamiliarity with Salesforce and Workday is a plusWEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience qualifications skills and credentials; tenure cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified at the individual contributor level is $42500.00 to $63750.00.
