The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing daily administrative tasks including answering phone calls, assisting with clerical duties, managing office equipment, maintaining organized filing systems, and providing general support to the team. The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and productive office environment.QualificationsProficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skillsExperience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasksAbility to operate and manage Office Equipment effectivelyExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite & Google appsHigh school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus
