Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Process customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies Contact customers regarding outstanding balances Prepare and submit daily deposits Maintain organized financial records and documentation Titling & Administrative Duties Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with state and dealership requirements Maintain accurate filing systems and records Assist with month-end closing activities as needed Support the accounting office with various administrative tasks Team Collaboration Work closely with the Accounting, Sales, and Service departments Help ensure smooth day-to-day dealership operations Provide professional customer service when interacting with customers and vendors Qualifications Previous office, accounting, or administrative experience preferred Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred Experience with accounts receivable, titling, or bookkeeping is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Friendly, professional work environment Ongoing training and support Opportunities for advancement and career growth within the company Apply Today!
