Pay rate and Shift: Job Duration: 12+ Months; Shift: Mon to Fri (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Office Coordinator 2 to support the launch of a new Gen6 engine program within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring training coordination, operational readiness, and smooth execution of launch activities for a new assembly line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage training requirements for both hourly and salaried employees during the product launch
  • Partner with training leads (including remote teams in Michigan) to understand and execute training plans
  • Track and document completion of all required training programs
  • Coordinate with OEMs and external vendors for onsite training activities
  • Manage and support invoicing processes related to training and vendor services
  • Ensure all training requirements are met in alignment with production timelines
  • Communicate effectively with multiple teams to ensure alignment and progress
  • Take initiative to identify gaps and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree (needs to be technical Engineering)
  • Years of experience not really focused on years of experience, willing to look at someone right out of college.
  • They are looking for someone who can understand the making of the equipment, how they run their products, understand machines.
  • Soft skills they will be working with a lot of people so they should be able to communication well with others, take initiative and understand what they need to be doing on their own without direction.
