Citizens Agency Minnesota is looking for a high performing Office Coordinator who loves working with people and has great attention to detail to take care of clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience by developing positive relationships, while excelling in a variety of responsibilities. Job Responsibilities for Office Coordinator:

Answers phone and does receptionist duties.

Opens, processes, and distributes daily mail.

Assists customers with complaints and problems.

Assists customers with reporting claims and explaining the claims process.

Responsible for postage metering of outgoing mail for the Agency.

Assist with Agency accounting in QuickBooks.

Checks all company statements to make sure they are accurate.

Assist paying all agency bills on time and making bank deposits.

Helps prepare customer statements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Computer and mathematical skills

Oral and written communication skills

Customer service experience preferred

Insurance experience preferred

Sales experience preferred

Accounting principles preferred



Compensation details: 20-27 Hourly Wage
