Where Youll WorkCHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280 bed faith-based non-profit Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. As the only level II trauma center in the southwest part of the state CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is the regional referral center for cardiology trauma neuro ortho oncology and critical care/pulmonary. We have earned top patient safety ratings from Leapfrog and was recently named as one of the Nations 50 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals in Fortune and PINC AI.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Office Assistant you will be an integral contributor to our operational success providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.Every day you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.To thrive in this critical role you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate timely support.Responsibilitues include but are not limited to:Orders supplies for clerical area keeping cost effectiveness in mind. Provides assistance to physicians and staff members in resolving unusual situations. Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft Work on Microsoft Excel programs. Maintains appropriate staffing and ensures that personnel is aware of hospital policies regarding attendance.Keeps environment compliant with all JCAHO State Health OSHA and HIPAA regulations at all times.
