For more information visit.We are seeking an energetic and personable individual to manage office operations across our Bay Area hubs. This will be an onsite role split between both of our Palo Alto and San Francisco offices.ResponsibilitiesManage all administrative and general office needs in both the Palo Alto and San Francisco officesOrder/stock supplies and snacks and manage the lunch program to support daily workplace needsOversee the successful management of local vendors and contractorsServe as the primary contact between the company and building management and ensure all facility needs are metPartner with the Executive Assistant/Office Operations Manager on event planning including regular social events external events holiday celebrations and offsite retreats.Work closely with the HR and People Operations teams on local perks and benefits programsGreet visitors and provide a warm and pleasant experienceEnsure we remain compliant with workplace safety expectationsPromote a positive office culture by actively encouraging team members to return to the office while fostering engagement and collaborationRequirements5 years of relevant operations and facilities experienceStrong familiarity with workplace systems tools and platformsExperience working with property management teamsExperience being on call and managing emergency situationsStrong customer service and hospitality skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to work autonomously while understanding the importance of teamworkComfortable communicating with and driving decisions alongside the leadership teamInnovative mindset with enthusiasm for new ideas and technologiesExcitement for creating a world class workplace experiencePay Transparency NoticeDepending on your leveling and location the compensation for this role averages between $90000 and $110000 USD base salary.
