By bringing together subject matter expertise across process platform and line of business we provide clear direction and governance to change positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics to our business demands and to our client needs.As a core member of our Transformation Office you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.ResponsibilitiesJoin us in our new location Dallas TexasYour Role:The role of an Executive Vice President (EVP) Client Transformation Program Manager involves leading/overseeing client integrations conversions and strategic projects. The incumbent is responsible for leading and the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client transformations across operating models digital data regulatory & compliance and technology. The Program Manager may be involved in securing new business as well as manage existing client relationships and implementations will have a lead role in global or local initiatives interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups.The role of the Program Manager involves working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. The Program Manager will play an integral role in leading the team in overseeing the success of the strategic and tactical initiatives in partnership with various business units senior leadership teams. The Program Manager will also provide strategic leadership ensuring the team executes programs in a standardized risk-adverse manner providing Management Information Reporting for initiatives as well as marketing the team and identifying opportunities to expand the teams scope and improve processes and frameworks.The core skills required are having experience in leading teams for successful delivery of programs within a project management framework demonstrating effective communication skills having client-facing experience and understanding the financial services business. Strategic Planning & ExecutionDeveloping and implementing transformation strategiesManaging complex cross-functional programsSetting and tracking program milestones and KPIsStakeholder ManagementCoordinating with senior leadership and key stakeholdersLeading change management and communication effortsBuilding and maintaining relationships across business unitsDelivery & OperationsOverseeing program budgets and resourcesManaging risks and dependenciesEnsuring alignment with business objectivesDriving continuous improvement initiativesTechnology & ProcessLeading digital transformation initiativesModernizing business processesImplementing new systems processes and technologiesProject ManagementCoordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal will meet client needs and they capture all unique sets of requirementsCoordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented agreed and completed at planning phasesTracking of projects progress status and deadlinesActively manage operational risk monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management teamEnsure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocationSales PreparationParticipate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citcos workflows best practices and technologiesRequest for proposal/information assistanceStakeholder in the development of new clients/businessLeverage existing client relationship to secure new business offering our products and servicesQualificationsAbout You:You have a related degree or related professional qualification.5 years experience in accounting operations and relationship management10 years experience in the financial industry and in an external client facing role10 years experience Program and Project Management experienceProven knowledge of Private Equity Real Assets and Credit fund administrationProven Business Analysis experienceOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us and central to our success.
