For more information about our benefits please follow this link: Functions Under general direction performs complex clerical and technical support functions for Comprehensive Lead Education Reduction and Window Replacement (CLEAR Win) Program data system. Exercises initiative and judgment in the performance of duties. Works as a computer system coordinator between CLEAR Win and licensure staff and stakeholder. Prepares letters correspondence emails or legal documents. Develops complex and multi-program (database spreadsheet and word processing) record reports for responses to Freedom of information requests legal fines daily fees and monthly performance results. Serves as supplemental support to the Divisions main reception desk including opening Divisions mail answering and routing calls from the general public to the appropriate program or sections. Completes mandatory knowledge and practical training required by Office of Health Protection standard operating procedure and program requirements. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to two (2) years of secretarial/business college and one (1) year of office experience or completion of high school and three (3) years of office experience or three (3) years of independent business experience.Requires ability to type accurately at 30 words per minute.
