Learn more about us: www.condairgroup.comDescriptionPurpose of RoleThe SAP & Business Solutions Professional is responsible for improvements of the SAP system for our Richmond, VA facility and adjustments to its operational process to the best use of Condair's daily business. For support and training of employees on SAP issues and management of future SAP projects impacting our Richmond production facility.RequirementsKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Understand how applications support existing business processesUnderstand internal customer needs and quantify appropriate actionsMaintain a high level of user satisfaction in all aspects of supportGather, analyze, and document business requirements, translate business goals and requirements into appropriate technical solutionsWork with business representatives to develop solutions that meet the business requirements while maintaining SAP Best PracticesAct as local project manager for SAP projects impacting Condair Operations LLCSupport and train employees on both the SAP-System and processes involved with SAPMaintain documentation in relation to the SAP-System, such as Micro Processes, work instructions and checklistsMake suggestions in general for improvements on Condair's processesTravel approximately 5% of the time both internationally and within North AmericaProvide analytical support for special projectsEnsure data quality and usefulness of standard and ad-hoc reportsMay be assigned to other tasks which meet with the functions and qualifications required for this positionAdhere to Condair's Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policiesOther duties as assigned by managementEducation and ExperienceUniversity/ College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience using and supporting SAP. Working cross functional knowledge of SD/MM/FICO/PP/QM/WM.PandoLogic.
