We empower you to tackle tough challengestodeliver unforgettable hospitality and live event experiences.Job SummaryTheOnCall Event Services Technician is responsible for assisting with the flooroperations including setupstrikeand operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitalityenvironment with a focus on delivering unmatched customer service to our guests and clients.Essential FunctionsEnsure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.Greet guests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment.Provide continued communication with client to ensure success of all eventsFollows through on all client requestsLook for opportunities to enhance clients eventMaintain accurate client event information within the Companys business systemsReview daily invoices with client and obtain clients signature on invoice(s)Comply with all Company security and safety measures and is constantly aware of the property inventory and location of equipment and ensures inventory is secure from theft and /or damageEnsure all inventory is in good working order and rental conditionEnsure any lost stolen or damaged equipment is immediately reported to management.Ensure inventory is secure from theft and/or damage.Make sure all Company occupied areas are clean organized and up to Company standardsContinually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills to include audio video/data staging and computer operation and networking.Comply with all Company policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceHigh School Graduate or equivalentPrior exposure to audio-visual and/or hospitality industryComputer proficiency (hardwaresoftwareand networking)Required Skills & KnowledgeTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
