Lead Tribal Training and Technical Assistance Specialist Housing and Community Development - ON-CALL ROLEICF seeks an experienced Lead Training and Technical Assistance Specialist to provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) this role you will support communities and the management of their federal awards. You will contribute to the development of innovative high-quality products and services to support ICFs projects and partnerships in Indian Country and throughout Alaska.Applicants should have the ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.This position is ON-CALL Part-Time with variable hours; assignments are made on a demand-response basis so hours are completely variable. We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US.Key Responsibilities:Provide training and technical assistance to American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities.Manage complex tasks project timelines and deliverables.Co-lead key tasks and assist in the collection analysis and dissemination of data through reports briefs presentations and other dissemination modes.Contribute to writing reports and other technical reports.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in any field from an accredited institution. 6 years experience working with tribal nations in place of education will be accepted.Minimum of 5 years experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities.Minimum of 5 years experience providing training and technical assistance and conducting needs assessments.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Additional Skills We Expect You To Have: Experience with technology e.g. setting up audio/visual equipment and comfortable with technologies that facilitate virtual meetings and communication.Experience in housing and community development programs.Demonstrated experience and ability to perform or manage a full range of training and technical assistance-related work including the ability to plan organize and manage the provision of direct technical assistance services.Professional Skills You Will Use:Proficient in MS applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrated excellent analytic and effective communication skills.Superior technical writing skills including editing ability (writing sample is required with application).Strong organizational skills superior attention to detail and ability to meet stringent deadlines.Superior interpersonal skills including professionalism and a collaborative attitude.Ability to be flexible multi-task prioritize work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced demanding environment.Self-motivated proactive and eager to learn.#indeed#LI-CC1Working at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider but were not your typical consultants.
