Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $20 - $24Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior TechnicianAbout Odyssey AutismAtOdyssey Autism, our mission is toguide little heroes on their big adventuresby providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy, creating safe and supportive spaces for every childs journey, and being an unwavering partner for families.As guides for little heroes, we navigate by our values Ownership, Dignity, Growth, Safety, and Support ensuring every childs adventure is a successful one.Position Overview:Were seeking caring and reliable on-callRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Odyssey Sub Team a group of trusted professionals who step in to provide coverage and support when our regular team members are unavailable.As part of the Odyssey Autism family, youll bring play, patience, and purpose to every session helping children build communication, social, and adaptive living skills under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
